Comment:
If the timed track cue writing direction is horizontal, the timed track cue
alignment is middle, the timed track cue text position is greater than	50,
and direction is 'rtl':Let maximum size be the timed track cue text position
multiplied by two. - this can't be write. It will produce a maximum size that
is larger than 100. Does this need to be swapped with the corresponding
condition in the next section?
