How exactly can HTML5 help here?  I don't see anything relevant at the link.

Please include all the relevant information on the bug, rather than linking to other documents as required reading to resolve the bug (links for additional background are obviously fine and encouraged). As written, this bug is insufficient for me to address  I don't know what changes would resolve the issue.
