In the WHATWG Wiki page keyword "PICS-Label" is listed.  However, the PICS
specification has been superceded by other document according to the
referenced W3C Recommendation.	Therefore use of http-equiv=PICS-Label should
be obsolete, non-conforming, unless it is really useful and is necessary for
Web compatibility.  (The HTML spec should define "Status" column.)
