Description Michael Dyck 2010-10-01 07:36:33 UTC
[Affects XQuery11 too.]

2.1.1 Static Context

Statically known namespaces
In-scope variables
Statically known collations.
(and Variable values in section 2.1.2)

each say something of the form:
"This is a set of (A, B) pairs."
Could we change this to "... a mapping from A to B"?
Or at least say that no two pairs have the same A?

---
Statically known documents.
Statically known collections.
(and Available documents & Available collections in section 2.1.2)

each say something like:
"This is a mapping from strings onto X."
        Change "onto" to "to".
("onto" suggests that every possible X is mapped to by some string.)
