this is for the UAG not teh alt techniques, but we don't have a component for that yet.

There have been historical interop problems with contenteditable and AT.  Need to look at how to fix this.

Do you have an examples or instances of the interoperability problems that you can link to, to provide additional information?

have asked mike to add the UAG as a bugzilla component
