In http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/types.html#InterfaceSVGAngle

"The unit type is radians" is repeated as the summary for both SVG_ANGLETYPE_RAD and SVG_ANGLETYPE_GRAD. In the latter case, it should instead be "The unit type is grads" or similar.
