The <wbr> element was re-added to the HTML5 spec a while back [1,2]. Please move the <wbr> element from Section 5.2 Obsolete Elements to Section 5.1 Conforming Elements and update the table in Section 5.3 accordingly.

Is there really a use for the WBR tag.
The example seems quite contrived.
