Description Greg Ritzinger 2005-01-20 20:24:32 UTC
Section 2.5.2.3, 11th paragraph, 3rd bullet.
   Point of clarity
"... then the Variable specified within the send element using the variable
attribute MUST be defined at the fromRole and the Variable specified within the
receive element using the variable attribute MUST be defined at the toRole"
How are these Variables defined at the fromRole and at the toRole?
By the roleTypes attribute of <variable>?
Need a statement clarifying the variable definitions and whether Variable
definitions without a Role Type (as explained in section 2.4.2, 2nd last
paragraph) is permitted.
Comment 1 Martin Chapman 2005-01-25 21:11:50 UTC
editorial: refer back and be consistent with 2.4.2

From meeting on 25-jan-05:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-ws-chor/2005Jan/att-0010/2005-01-
25_WS-Chor_Notes.txt

Editorial refer back and add statement in 2.4 .2.
Comment 4 Greg Ritzinger 2005-03-11 18:25:30 UTC
has to have just a simple sentence pointing back to 2.4.2; not more otherwise we
have to drag the whole paragraph from 2.4.2 that talks about vars + roles.

Either close/not a bug or add:

Suggested text:
a variable is associated with a specific role as described in section 2.4.2
