Since we have a dependency on HTML already for responseText (and elsewhere) we should just bite the bullet and add the dependency on responseXML as well and align here with XMLHttpRequest Level 2 so responseXML can remain unchanged.

I.e. responseXML for a text/html resource would give a Document representing that resource.
