I noticed that Erratum E31 to the XSLT 2.0 specification has not been incorporated in the XSLT 2.1 draft. I'm raising this bug as a reminder to check all the 2.0 errata to ensure they are carried forward.

This specific erratum has now been applied but there is still a need to do a general check.
