HTMLFrameElement does not include the contentWindow attribute which is present on HTMLIFrameElement. IE8, Firefox, and Chrome all support the attribute on the HTMLFrameElement too. contentWindow should be added to the HTMLFrameElement with the same semantics as the HTMLIFrameElement: readonly attribute WindowProxy contentWindow; See also: http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html#htmliframeelement
