There are places in the spec that indicates "sml:acyclic" are specified on element declaration, but there are other places suggesting complex type definitions. Which one is correct? I think it should only be complex type definitions. Note that all examples have sml:acyclic on complex types.
sml:acyclic should be allowed on complex-type definitions only. Please point out the places in the spec that indicate sml:acyclic may be specified on element declarations so that we can fix them
Search for "element declaration" in section "8.1.1 sml:acyclic".
I don't see any occurence of "element declaration" in section 8.1.1 in the latest editor's draft of SML spec
Pratul, I fixed this already in the second draft I'll assign the defect to me, mark it second draft, editorial and set status to fix
Changed sml.xsd ( comment section ) and 8.1.1 to refer to complex type as the only option for specifying sml:acyclic
