Sheri spun Jeanne up on history to about objective to create uses cases for maturity model usage and then to cross link use cases with the stakeholders to understand who to talk to for completing maturity model. Joint effort with Stacey offline. Suggestion by Jeanne to use the job stories as well.

Jeanne - can the silver stakeholder be turned over and published as documents? Janina: we can certainly try. Jeanne to provide the links to Janina for attempt to create links.

<Fazio> Stakeholders doc originally meant to identify roles impacted by WCAG, intended for creating Personas to test against

David asked Jeanne to remind all for the reason of gathering stakeholders. Looked to expand beyond the default stakeholders per WCAG 2.0. Job stories were used in place of personas which was thought to be outdated. Job stories were used to be tested against WCAG 3.0.

Agreement that it makes sense to incorporate into current stakeholder work that this team has done. Clarification that our task force has been pairing up use cases and stakeholder. Jeanne's work is job stories matched to stakeholder.

Updates to updated stakeholders, updated dimensions info on maturity model draft to be posted soon.

Janina suggested for breakouts at TPAC. We should meet with IO on messaging; prep work for when we release maturity model document. Before we finalize next publish working draft to get alignment.
