I forgot to generate the minutes from yesterday, so I'm recreating them here today from the log on my laptop.

FHIR/RDF Next Steps

harold: Want to come up with a set of tasks categorized by fixes and enhancements, to put in a queue and chug on.

Issues list

<hsolbrig> https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/36

<dbooth> Chair: David Booth

harold: THis issue requires working with FHIR community, on an enhancement to the FHIR spec.

<dbooth> Chair: David Booth

<RRSAgent> See https://www.w3.org/2018/09/25-hcls-irc#T15-08-08

<dbooth> harold: Some of them are dereferenceable to valuesets, and some are a structure set reference.

eric: Because they are using properties to target type, they should be consistent about it.

harold: Reference now has a type field.

eric: It would be nice if they are all reference.

harold: But it is optional.
... Someone might have to go through the spec and see which of three case each one is. Sometimes a FHIR description of a valueset, and sometimes the valueset itself.

eric: If you HTTP GET a valueset, what do you get in an ideal world?

harold: An instance of a FHIR valueset resource. Enumerates the members or describes the members. But allows you to understand that this is a valueset, and that's the problem. If you look at conceptmap 103 ....

harold: issue 38 is a bug

<scribe> ... New protege editor might fix the problem.

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/39

harold: #39 is an enhancement. Want FHIR/RDF to handle as much of constraints as we can.

eric: Co-occurrence constraints would cover 80% according to Grahame.

harold: We should see how many of the gaps in extensions and constraints can be covered with shex.

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/43

eric: what are the semantics of defaultValue? As a validator, am I supposed to do antying with it?

harold: Marking it as a question and assigning to harold and eric.

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/45

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/48

harold: This is the conneg issue.
... I think we have that covered, but a major project is that we need to get RDF into HAPI.

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/50

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/54

harold: People keep finding the out-of-date stuff and thinking that
... is FHIR/RDF.

david: THat's a bug.

<dbooth> ACTION: David to address issue 54 https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/54

* RRSAgent records action 1

<dbooth> harold: What's the difference between SMART on FHIR and regular FHIR? SMART on FHIR has augmented workflow, Oauth2. But the other thing is it's the JS FHIR library. Is it a separate JS library? Might be relevant to shex JS.

eric: Might be able to use shex to validate FHIR/RDF, FHIR/XML and FHIR/JSON.

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/57

https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/59

eric: punted on connegging between turtle rep and owl rep of FHIR/RDF.

david: How about using a different URI for the OWL turtle? ...-owl.ttl ?
