<trackbot> Notes added to ACTION-2072 Change text for caseref/case to use @value.

Steven: Thanks for that.

Steven: I've found some unfortunate inconsistencies
resource@value method@value and header@value
Steven: Spec says they are strings, but the examples contradict it
"value
Author-optional string; this attribute overrides all value child elements present;"
Erik: I see two different examples
Steven: I assume we meant them to be expressions
Erik: I think so
Steven: The other inconsistency is item@value, where there are examples of both, and the text says it is an expression, but I'm pretty sure it is a string.
Erik: It's new in XForms 2, so it is OK with it being an expression
Steven: Of course.
<scribe> ACTION: Steven to fix @value so that it is always an expression. [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2016/10/05-forms-minutes.html#action01]
<trackbot> Created ACTION-2075 - Fix @value so that it is always an expression. [on Steven Pemberton - due 2016-10-12].
Steven: I will look into making @value a Common attribute so that it is defined in one place.
