Vlad: saw emails on status updates

Khaled: all tests done except ones with empty directory and .... and the decoder tests

Vlad: so decoder tests are standalone and unlike the UA there is full access to the decoded font for testing

Khaled: ok, this is good and we can test round tripping. For validation tests we have the other files
