1. Our new candidate recommendation is out with updated exit criteria

JS: Yay...published smoothly.

http://www.w3.org/TR/2015/CR-ATAG20-20150604/

Topic 2: 2. Update on Charter

2. Update on Charter

JS: New charters filed with W3C management
... They will be going out to the AC soon

3. Update on testing results to date

JS: No news, JR and I need to sit down and confirm things.

JR: Any more tools we need to test?

JS: We should be OK, we are at 100% but we need to get the confirmations done
... And that involves solving the data problem with evaluation harness that JR experienced with CKedit.

s\CKedit\that tool

<scribe> Topic : Our primary job now is to get the implementation report ready by the end of June!

JS: I looked at report from ARIA and Longdesc...so i have the format
... I set up the framework on Friday, all the sections...some bullet points
... Tables with all headings for rows and columns
... Looks OK... we (JR,JS) need two more calls ... one to finish reconciling and testing
... And another to plug in numbers.

JR: OK, pls send me the A-AA-AAA table, everything else seems straightforward

JS: I'll work on getting permission to use names

JR: That would be great, so we can use screenshots etc
... Let's try to use DeFacto as much as possilbe? Brings in its inline editor.

JS: Another tool is #141

JR: Can we use EasyChirp as well...not necessarily the most complex tool ie. not an average authoring tool...
... But it is a great example of solving a tricky problem on Twitter, a platform everyone has heard of using methods that meet ATAG

JS: Also 342 to demonstrate a media tool

JR: OK great, talk to you on Friday

End of meeting

Next call: June 15

Attendees: Jan Richards, Jeanne Spellman
