<joe> agenda

<joe> thanks helpful person!

<joe> these look old, hmmm

<jernobl__> Zakim who is on the phone?

<olivier> joe, you can ask "zakim, clear the agenda" if this is from an old meeting

<joe> ack

shepazu: talking about the taking-over process on the spec co-editor.

<joe> Resolution: Raymond Toy will take over spec editing duties from Chris Wilson.

R: Raymond Toy will take over the spec editor role from Chris Wilson.

spec editor change

AudioWorker progress discussion

joe: Finishing alternative proposal, setting up the time frame is necessary.
... We should close up the AudioWorker before the F2F meeting.

cwilso: Just finished a version - without examples.
... the Worker doesn't have the onload event. So what I have in the proposal is new.

joe: It's good to have examples.

cwilso: hopefully I can wrap this up the next teleconf (4/2/2015).

joe: Can it be done by 4/1/2015 so people can have a chance to read?

cwilso: Sure.

Issue 323: filter design

<joe> ScribeNick: hoch

https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/323

rtoy: making a general IIR filter (biquad)

joe: Does it imply the coefficients aren't AudioParam?

<ChrisL> can an audioparam be an array?

<ChrisL> there was also a request to set state

joe: personally I prefer IIR without AudioParam.

rtoy: Not sure what it is useful for.

<ChrisL> +1 to that proposal - go for the minimum and get feedback

rtoy: I will try to come up with IIR design.

output device enumerations

BillHofmann: device API (webrtc) is coming up. Do we have any thought about this?

joe: to recap - We got getUserMedia(), but we should start talking about this.

ChrisL: we need to do something for our use cases.

shepazu: having anything to discuss/criticize on is beneficial.

<ChrisL> <!-- if MSIE<13 alert(haha!) -->

cwilso: Spartan supports Web Audio API.

AOB

shepazu: We should be keep up with W3C site.
