HTML 5.1 Next Steps

Janina: we were supposed to talk about web rtc, would like to postpone to get chair of rtc here on call
... need to identity in web rtc that a caller is not using a certain modality... video could be off for all kinds of reason... like audio/irc, web rtc is kind of like that with video...
