Choosing the venue for a F2F 2015 hosted by NIC.br

April 2015
The consensus among the WG appears to be that we should hold our next face to face meeting in São Paulo during April 2015 (at the NIC.br office).
We now have specific dates to choose from: 6 - 8 or 13 - 15 April. The meeting will actually last two days, not three, but we're looking at ranges for now.
Please edit the table to show:
- whether you can come to São Paulo on the dates indicated;
- if you have a preference for one week or the other;
- if you can't attend in person but would be able to attend remotely

Late 2015
TPAC 2015 will take place at the Sapporo Convention Center in Hokkaido, 26 - 30 October. It is a separate decision for the WG to make whether to meet there or elsewhere for the second face to face meeting of the year.
