going through arle's edits in lqi section

"8.16.1.1 Terminology" > have that in a non-normative appendix

"8.16.1.2 Usage" > this heading would be deleted

move the final paragraph "Automated or manual quality assessment is one area ... " to the front and expand it

"[Structured Specifications].": not sure yet where to put the document to have a stable reference

looking at updated table - "quality model" and "quality assessment model": should be merged to be always "quality assessment model"

discussion about reference to MQM, QTLaunchpad, stable URI for MQM - Arle will talk to Aljoscha on Monday about this

need to have an item about "quality assement tool" to clarify that this is a *software* tool (not e.g. a spec)

"The locQualityIssueType attribute provides a basic level of interoperability between different localization quality assurance systems. " > "The locQualityIssueType attribute provides a basic level of interoperability between different localization quality assurance software tool. "

" It offers a list of high-level quality issue types common in automatic and human localization quality assessment.": Arle will clarify that 'human lqi assess' will also be done using a software tool - but with human intervention

"The values of locQualityIssueType were derived from a careful analysis" - would put that in a note (to make clear that there is no normative dependency on the specs)

can have references to all specs - in the non-normative ref section

lqi types doc

ordering of the table its importance needs to be more explicit

felix things it is useful information - but it may be hard to have that normatively since it hard to test what to generate or not

follow up

felix will send out minutes. Another call 28 August, when in week of 2 september - will propose some times
