Jaroslav: in the last week's call we had some discussion leading to some minor updates. ISTI committed to updating the task model to match.
Vivian: we will update the XML definition of the AUI model and its description.
Jaroslav: if we now agree on the AUI meta model can we now update the examples for the use case.
Vivian: the updates should be ready within one week's work.
Jaroslav: I would very much like to see the updated XML schema.
Vivian: I just need to confirm with Paolo on some details.

Dave asks if this work could be completed by next week?
Paolo: I think its possible
Dave: it seems like we aren't quite ready for publication, but getting closer.
Dave asks Jaroslav for a status report.
Jaroslav: no updates from last week, I will post a request for people to review the entries we weren't able to discuss in Munich. I would like to get a candidate release for the glossary on 23rd.
Vivian: that should be okay.
Jaroslav: we need to delete entries, and there was some controversy on that point in Munich.
Dave encourages Jaroslav to send the email to the list to that effect.
Vivian notes to Paolo that she had some difficulties with opening the UML diagram from Paolo.
Paolo: suggests Vivian updates her version of the UML editor to the latest version to resolve that problem.
Vivian: I will then use the file to generate the XML schema and insert it into the google doc.
Paolo: has the task model been updated since last week?
Vivian: in the car rental use case, the task model is now up to date.
Paolo: are you sure, it looks like the previous version?
Jaroslav: ISTI/CNR will provide an update.
Paolo: we should send an email to encourage that to happen.
The next call will be on Friday, August 23rd.
