Container affordances should support 'reverse' membership predicates such as skos:inScheme

e.g.

@prefix scheme : <http://example.com/concept-scheme/>.
@prefix concept : <http://example.com/concept/>.

scheme:subject-heading a skos:ConceptScheme, bp:Container.
concept:Outer+space--Exploration skos:inScheme scheme:subject-heading.
