<davidb> "The conference is restricted at this time"

<davidb> worth a try

davidb, I'm following this

http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/wiki/Teleconference_cheat_sheet

<davidb> ping MichaelC_

MichaelC_ are you there?

invite zakim #aapi

davidb, I have this from an email from a W3C admin "The Zakim request has been completed in the system. The details are not populating to the meetings calendar page, but the can be found below. And the first meeting will be Thursday Dec. 13, 2012 (this week). I deleted the previous meeting going forward after today's meeting."

<davidb> hmm maybe time zone miscomm?

<davidb> the best case scenario is no meeting today!

<davidb> hello out there!

<davidb> I will be famous foreveh!

here is more info from that email. Looks fairly normal. Let me check something else. WAI_PFWG(AAPI)

Thursdays http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=11&day=20&year=2012&hour=19&min=00&sec=0&p1=0 1:00pm-2:00pm Boston local)

Zakim Bridge tel:+1.617.761.6200, conference 2274 ("AAPI")

trackbot, associate this channel with #pf

<trackbot> Associating this channel with #pf...

well, we have minutes, but we can't talk to one another … do we have to?

that is, what can we do without talking?

btw, cynthia cannot make it, so I was planning to clear up any FF issues, davidb.

<davidb> ok well i'm working away here otherwise… so no harm

davidb, one of the commands to entier is "/invite zakim #aapi". I've done that repeatedly, but there is no response either in terms of success nor failure.

I'm going to drop into #uawg to see if there is anything there...

<davidb> alrighty

"uawg" looks suspiciously like user agent working group.

of course not.

davidb, just tried dialing in with both the aapi and the uawg passcodes, and I get the same restricted bit.

tlr, jeanne, which conference are you attending?

might be. I'm guilty of doing that.

<jeanne> User Agent Accessibility Guidelines Working Group

I don't know how to give it back...

<tlr> jeanne, you can just pull it back

sorry, thought it was our conference.

<jeanne> what's the syntax to move it back?

davidb, I don't think zakim was properly configured for our meeting. I'll have to contact Michael via email to ask him what happened,

<davidb> sounds right

I don't see a "AAPI" conference in that list above. do you?

<davidb> nope

well, do you want to talk by skype? and we can get something done?

<davidb> sure
