Janina: not sure, but not a lot

paulc_: wants to understand dependency between 131 and 201
... this is first time chairs have heard this

Janina: possibly mistaken...

paulc_: position of chairs is issues 201 and 131 are independent

hober: Frank has replied on 201 on list and said text looks good
