Update on IndieUI WG from Doug

AB: the AC's review of the proposed Indie UI WG ended February 24 <http://www.w3.org/2011/11/indie-ui-charter>.
... I was hoping Doug could provide a short status of that WG

... and there are comments that are still being processed
