<egonw> so, pointer: http://wikipathways.org
<egonw> OK
<egonw> no, I'll have to see how I can contribute larger stuff I am already doing
<egonw> I will also read the BioRDF note for the context
<egonw> sorry, I have to go now
<egonw> noted my action point...
<egonw> next call is next week, or when?
<egonw> I am not familiar with the new structure yet
<egonw> what's the new telcon frequency?
<egonw> ttl
Michel's start on the diagram
is here: https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1ZFA72YBEcc6BQp31GsAJI1L6WK0mPuNltIkpp8WMcSk/edit
Things left for BioRDF note: Create overview diagram with generic labels
scribe: Michel has started the overview diagram (see above)
Create list of corresponding (to overview diagram) predicates and suggested ranges as the target RDF representation
<scribe> ACTION: Modify Jim McCusker's R script to produce target representation from affy diff exp gene list [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/03/05-HCLS-minutes.html#action05]
Idea: Provide example SPARQL query that duplicates some aspect of GXA (select data for mouse, liver, Huntington's)
<scribe> ACTION: Scott - ask Lena if she can reproduce diagram with labels instead of identifiers for predicates (on edges) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/03/05-HCLS-minutes.html#action06]
<scribe> ACTION: Scott - ask Jason Eshelman to look at Google Doc again after above edits are done [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/03/05-HCLS-minutes.html#action07]
<scribe> ACTION: Scott - improve introduction [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/03/05-HCLS-minutes.html#action08]
Will followup discussion of frequency / calendar of calls in e-mail. One approach has already been suggested: alternating weeks betw BioRDF / LODD. Another approach: combine the task forces into 1 bi-weekly call (split into ~half hours?).
