... so in the recipes, by "codec setup data", do we meant codecs setup data _and_ the time/space index tables (e.g. stts/ctts/stsc/stsz/stco/stss atoms, in ISO 14496-10)?

Raphael: I would like to bring clarity in the second document (Media Fragments advanced) and clarify this point

... I'm in contact with CitizenSide, a spin of company of AFP that sells fragments of videos (captured by citizen journalists)
... I'm in touch with them to get their media player Media Fragments URI compatible
... I hope to annonce soon a new implementation
