paulc: call for counter proposals
closes aug 6
... with all of the those calls, all of the outstanding issues
have started through the proposal/counter-proposal
process
... there are no issues that haven't had the call for change
proposals
... the most important item is that the Last Call closes Aug
3
... the chairs will move all Last Call bugs into other
components just like we did with pre-Last Call bugs
... we will do this as soon after the deadline as we can, new
bugs after that will not be considered for Last Call
... by the end of next week we will know how many bugs we
have
... if anyone can't submit bugs for some reason by the
deadline, please let the chairs know
paulc: None
... and we don't have any issues that haven't started
processing
paulc: None - the chairs sent
mail noting they weren't going to issue surveys until after the
Last Call period closes - possible the chairs will start
issuing surveys in the second week of august
... likely to start with the oldest first unless there is
discussion going on in the public list that might improve
quality of proposals
paulc: none
paulc: anybody have anything to
raise?
... not hearing anything
paulc: i'm going to be on an
extended vacation from aug 1 to sep 23 so sam and maciej will
be handling the meetings and the WG while i'm away
... sam will chair - any volunteers for scribe?
... none heard
paulc: file those last call
comments - you have until midnight boston time on aug 3
... we're adjourned
