... slider - aria-valuenow might be 1,2,3,4,5 but
aria-valuetext might be "apples" "oranges", etc.
CS: another use case is a ratings system where aria-valuetext would be "5 stars", not just 5 which is the value of aria-valuenow
AS: for Monday, discuss the use cases and whether this should be a MUST or a SHOULD
DB: think we need to fire an event for changes to value-text also
