Test Read-Write Data Server

This a script to do simple tetsing on read-write linked data.

The Read-Write Linked Data protocol is defined in the Read-Write Linked Data Design Issues article. This testbed has only been used with servers which use SPARQL, not DAV. It might work with DAV (but we don't recommend DAV)
