Summary of this task force:

"We have four task forces that are focused on W3C's deliverable to our stakeholders: our core mission, becoming the place to bring new standards work, focus on users, and focus on a global and accessible web. As we examine each of these areas we will identify areas that require more work, different work, or work that should be stopped. As we develop these changes, we also need to examine our internal operational model. Are our internal processes as efficient as possible? Does our funding model provide the right value to our stakeholders, or are adjustments necessary?"
