JR: Connect with Cythia?

CS: Reserved room for June 3-4...
... Asked how many...

JS: So we need a more accurate count

JR: Can make it...

JS: Can make it...

SN: Invesitgating approval

GP: Can make June 3 and AM of June 4

JR: Publishing date yet?

JS: Not yet...waiting on charter
... Other people need to get charter updates done as well

JR: 5.5 weeks till F2F

JS: We do have other work to do besides reviewing commnets...

GP: But do we still have to meet F2F to review comments?

JR: Doesn't make sense to meet, despite the generous offer by Cynthia, if we need to do so before the comment deadline

GP: Adobe has facilities in DC, Seattle, San Jose....
... Meeting rooms are not a problem...even on short notice.
... Even Ottawa.

SN: I could easily find mtg rooms in Austin or Boca.

JS: Will discuss anyway with Judy tomorrow

TB: Not just AUWG having charter probs right?

JS: Right

Last Call drafts coming soon

GP: Asks about good models of implementations

JS: Suggests UAAG or WCAG2...
... WCAG2 had a bit of a different setup....
... Online form...
... For implementation tst, the test testers went through the implementation database.

JR: Wrinkle: web pages are generally public...

GP: SHould wondering how detailed.

Changes to highlight in the status section of the ATAG 2.0 Last Call and any feedback we want

JR: Two things jump out: have we met shortcomings of ATAG2? and proper integration with WCAG2?

JT: Also put focus on the two parts A-accessibility of UI and B-support for accessible authoring

JS: Other status ideas coming in to meeting: if conformance claim was claim and not a burdern to implementers (needs proper phrasing)

JR: Meet again on May 3.
