Bidi WG Note progress

richard: situation is that have submitted transreq

... examples show that markup not behaving as desired/preceived to

richard: dir on span doesn't solve the problem on the example (#2??)
... proposes markup to fill gaps
... idea is to say "is functioniong properly, but something else is needed here"
