SAZ: regarding publication, delays out of our WG's hands
... activity statement of WAI not yet finalized
... of WAI *Technical* activity
... waiting for LC publications of all deliverables
... alternative is to publish a normal working draft
... charter still not officially operational
... partially due to holiday schedules, partially process itself

MS: for doing a working draft publication of major deliverables
... so as to show activity and romote deliverables
... could we continue with our edits and, if no WAI resolution, do update in mid Sept

SAZ: full set of documents is ready so culd do a publication now
... could publish and do allignment an dother edits over the next few weeks

JK: want to avoid publishing same or similar docs at LC as we do in WD
... requires extra work in terms of reviewing and responding to comments

CV: could do the Guide as a WD

SAZ: publishing next week, say, would require 3 week waiting period, then updates with respect to comments
... this would take us to mid October at least
... Guide could be updated within next few weeks

.SAZ: proposal on the table seems to be wait another week ro two and revisit publication based on WAI problem resolutions

SAZ: TSDTF has been very quiet, even though that was no the plan
... web interface is complete but still not happy with metadata format
... presented on TSDTF at HCI in July
... good feedback and interest, including from UIUC's Gunderson and U of Nex Mexico

... start opening issues on the Guide to get discussion rolling and complete resolution of more substantial issues

... once resolved by group, put in tracker for CV to fix
... action for Shadi is to finish updates and send, action for CV is to rebuild the note and synchronize with trakcer and mailing list, action for Mike, JK, CI to review Guide and post comments/questions to list
