(a) Move the normative definition of "authoring tool" to the Glossary
(b) Place a new note in the "Notes" under Introduction that now begin
with "ATAG 2.0 recommends that authoring tools be capable of....". The
note will read:
1. The term "authoring tool" has a specific definition in ATAG 2.0. The
definition, which includes several normative notes, appears in the Glossary.
(c) Move the "Relationship to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(WCAG) 2.0" to the "Conformance" section
(d) Merge the "This section is informative" statements throughout the
Introduction into one statement at the top.
JT: Introduction can include an
informative treatment of normative stuff.
... Will send JR some minor edits.
