back to WCTMB

<dom_scribe> Kai's concern on mutation test

Kai: any view from Opera on whether DOM Mutation is over the top for mobile devices?

Wilhelm: we support it, but I don't know much of the details

Kai: I've been talking with WebKit people and they seem to be thinking it's a performance pb

Dom: should we explore what other browsers do?
... e.g. Fennec
... or the impact of DOM Mutation on Opera?

Kai: Firefox supports it, Opera supports it
... I haven't checked Google Chrome
... no webkit build supports it, although I think it's in the code
