Sponsorship Opportunities for the W3C Workshop on XBRL and Semantic Web

This document outlines the three sponsorship levels available for the W3C Workshop on XBRL and Semantic Web:

1. Organizing Sponsor (Just Systems)
2. Corporate Sponsors
3. Media and Supporting Sponsors

This sponsorship is a marketing opportunity that enable sponsors to showcase their organization and underscore its commitment to the shared goals of the W3C and the XBRL International communities. Sponsors reach those who are making decisions about the future of the Web, and the important ecomic and social issues of greater transparency and reporting of financial business data.

Sponsors will be associated directly with the event which will gather at the same place experts in XBRL financial reporting and Semantic Web technologies.

The companies wishing to join this sponsorship program will have to sign the related W3C Sponsorship Agreement for the Workshop on XBRL and Semantic Web.

Sponsorship Deadline

The deadline for requesting to take part in this opportunity is (date TBC). Organizations committing earlier than this date will be associated with the event during the early communications and outreach activities.

1. Organizing Sponsor - (only one available)

The Organizing Sponsor provides the seed funding and resources for this Workshop. Benefits at this level are those associated with the Corporate level plus:

• Logo and name on the W3C Semantic Web home page
• Acknowledgment in any W3C media advisories and press releases related to the Workshop
• Right to provide testimonials for any press activities related to the Workshop. The testimonials will also appear on the workshop home page and the acknowledgement insert in the attendees folder.

2. Corporate Sponsor - 4000 €

The benefits associated with the Corporate Sponsor level are :

• Logo and name at the following places :
  • The public Worskhop pages (Sponsors Page, Call for Participation, Home Page, Report, etc.)
  • Marketing materials, both print and electronic to promote the Workshop
  • The Workshop program and attendee list
  • The sponsor acknowledgement insert in the attendees folder
  • The signage in room (podium, on screen during breaks)
  • Inclusion of one insert (such as marketing pamphlet) into the Workshop attendees' folder
  • Inclusion of one insert or give-away into the XBRL conference bad (Q: 500)
• Spoken acknowledgment at the Workshop
• Right to provide testimonials for any press activities related to the Workshop. The testimonials will also appear on the workshop home page and the acknowledgement insert in the attendees folder.

This level is accessible from Euro 4 000

3. Media or Supporting Sponsor - 2000 €

The benefits associated with the Media/Supporting Sponsor level are :

• Logo and name at the following place:
  • The public Worskhop pages (Sponsors Page, Call for Participation, Home Page, Report, etc.)
  • The sponsor acknowledgement insert in the attendees folder
  • The signage in room (podium, on screen during breaks)
• Spoken acknowledgment at the workshop
