Add a new Section for the new <Canonicalization> element, it is present in the schema, but there is no description for it.
Also change the ##any to ##other, or remove all the Canoicalization subelements from schema and just put in an ##any

The <Canonicalization> element has been removed, and in its place we have reused the old <CanonicalizationMethod> element, whose schema is already defined to use #other.
