2009-05-13: While I cannot claim to have made an exhaustive search, I have not found any free, publicly available document that describes the curve/point verification process described in X9.62 and currently referenced in XML Dsig 1.1. I therefore suggest we close this action with no change to the current draft (other than to remove the current note in Section 4.4.2.3.1)./MN
