<Ashok> Axel's slides http://esw.w3.org/topic/Rdb2RdfXG?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=RIF4RDB2RDF.pdf

Axel presentation on RIF for mapping

Axel: RIF as common framework for representing rules

<AxelPolleres> can the person who joined mute himself?

<juansequeda> I hung up and rejoined and I mute myself

<AxelPolleres> I can't hear anything, still

<AxelPolleres> Ashok, could it be your phone?

I still cant hear anything

<AxelPolleres> or wait, IBM_Watson seems to make the noise

<Soeren> I can not hear anything now either

<Ashok> I'm going to dial back in.

<juansequeda> we should all hang up

<AxelPolleres> who is +1.512...?

I have dialed back

<juansequeda> 512 is me

<AxelPolleres> juan, can you tell Zakim and mute yourself?

<Ashok> Please everyone hang up and redial

<AndrewE> 61# will mute your phone, 60# will unmute

<AxelPolleres> same as before.

<juansequeda> who was the last one to dial in?

<AndrewE> Axel, it seems to be you that is causing the noise

<AxelPolleres> noise gone?

<AxelPolleres> let me try dial in via another number.

<Ashok> No, noise still there

<AxelPolleres> ok, then it was something else...

P3 is ssahoo2

<AxelPolleres> it seems to be a more fundamental problem with the bridge then.

<AxelPolleres> whould we continue via IRC chat at least?

<Ashok> I'm thinking we should abandon this call

<AxelPolleres> +1

+1

<AndrewE> +1

<Ashok> Please look at Axel's foils and the document I sent out

<AxelPolleres> shall we postpone the RIF discussion to next time? you migfht want to look at the slides and post opinions per mail

<AxelPolleres> My idea is:

<AxelPolleres> We should put on the charter proposal for a WG that such a WG should define a RIF dialect for describing RDB2RDF mappings.

<Soeren> I somehow do not get what the problem was - I did not hear any noise (besides some breathing)

<AxelPolleres> ... possibly with an own/adapted presentation syntax, but also with a RIF compatible XML syntax.

<Ashok> Soeren, I am hearing a lot of noise.

<AxelPolleres> Soeren, maybe it is your phone then?

Axel could you please post these points in mail?

<Soeren> I muted myself and zakim also did not report any noise from my line

<AxelPolleres> yes!

<Ashok> Axel, please continue

<Ashok> Telcon abandoned due to phone problems.
