the testcases XML is transformed to HTML with XSLT for human consumption

still to do: for each MEP create pictorial representation

there are SOAPnn-HTTP- MEPs, these should be SOAPnn-JMS

need to determine how to to incorporate into W3C site, SOAP-JMS section and CVS system.

need test cases to cover the feature set
