DS: we need a better process for doing the testsuite
... we make a tool to create and approve tests, a webapp
... with three fields, the filename, a textbox for the code, and a textbox for the pass criteria and a textbox for description
... and a dropdown for which part of which spec it's testing. then you hit a button and it creates the test from the template
... and the testcreator initials
... and it also generates a reference image automatically, or you can upload a patchfile, once a test is created you can click on it to view it
... when you're viewing it you can mark it as reviewed, approved or add comments

ED: Opera has some more extensive tests, that check bboxes on elements inside <defs>, with display:none etc...will look into donating those
