saz: WCAG 2 will be a CR soon, WCAG WG asks for implementations

ci: is an evaluation tool counted as an implementation?

saz: in my opinion, yes

ci: techniques are not as stable as the specification itself, thi smay be a problem for implementing

saz: plan to publish HTTP-in-RDF and Content-in-RDF together with EARL in one package

ci: there are many dependencies bwtween the three; maybe there should be some index document for all of them

saz: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/earl.php> is sort of an index (introduction) page for EARL

jk: EARL depends on HTTP-in-RDF, HTTP-in-RDF depends on Content-in-RDF, not in the other direction

saz: relationship between these documents should be described in the EARL guide

jk: still no official namespace for Content-in-RDF

saz: e.g. HTML interface to set of EARL reports
... could be a student's project
... tool developers, please implement not only WCAG2 but also EARL
