I wonder, in test 4.23, if we can really use the tests from UWEM because they are not W3C docs

I also wonder if we should include the full detail of these tests
Alan: well, at least for those non-text alternative that would be needed on mobile device
That seems to be most, as defined in WCAG
could we "plagarize" the tests from UWEM, and of course give proper credit?
Alan: I think we could. The European Commision created this project.
Alan, did you use other reference like this in your tests?
Alan: not really. not as much as
in this one.
... There is also a sampling scheme in UWEM
Could you adapt that for mobileOK Pro?
