Jeff: last night i wanted to have an updated wiki page with a pt attachement
... the draft pt woudl reflect the content and the result of the joint edit
... about a 12 page pt file
... i created the slides
... depending on what the group wants we can add notes
... as the note section in the pt
... if other technologies are used, that is fine

susie: maybe people should first look at the sldies and give you comments
... then you can add notes

jeff: what is the standard protocol ?

susie: at present w3cd does not have slides templates for powerpoint
... we can then convert them

ivan: don't worry about that

susie: we should also send out to the list to ask for a review
... I will do that and get feedback prior to next week's call

jeff: i kept to the approach to get to people not on the technical side
... there aren't lots of pictures, if somebody has good ideas to convey the ideas, that would be good

... we have to see that with lee
... and then we have to put it down on the web page

susie: maybe sending a list to the group to get feedback would be good

... if other could come in that would be good
... I saw discussions on drupal on the mailing lsit
... we should be careful about sweo making promises
... sweo has only a couple of weeks left...

kjetil: what is the timeframe for a possible recharter?

<Susie> Ivan: er-chartering SWEO is unclear

<Susie> Ivan: W3C is speaking to external companies about marketing

<Susie> Ivan: This would cover more then SemWeb

<Susie> Ivan: It's unclear what would go into a new charter for SWEO

<Susie> Ivan: Re-chartering won't be until after the summer at the latest.

<Susie> Ivan: We should be careful about making commitments

Susie: one last thing: because it is not certain what happens with sweo once the extension is over, we should really get everything done
