Next steps for current repository content: update first?

CS: asked WCAG editors about stable criteria
... Gregg responded that next week a draft should be available

<Christophe> Editor's draft: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/#contents

<Christophe> Provisional list: 1.2.4, 1.2.5, 1.2.6, 1.2.7, 1.3.1, 1.4.1, 1.4.6, 2.3.1, 2.4.7, 2.4.8, 2.4.9, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.5, 3.3.5.

SAZ: let's see next week's draft and decidie according to it [leaning towards updating the current test samples]
... need to also find out which changes happened that affected existing test samples

CS: need to analyze which changes were editorial vs substantial, in order to determine changes needed

SAZ: i think WCAG WG sometimes publishes a diff too

<Christophe> Diff-marked version comparing May and Dec 2007 drafts: http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-WCAG20-20071211/Overview-diff.html

SAZ: if there is a Dec -> now diff, we should combine with May -> Dec diff to make a May -> now diff

CS: if we have these two diffs, and identify SCs that haven't changed, can assume they are quite stable, right?

<Christophe> Diff-marked version Dec 2007-Jan 2008: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/Overview-diff.html

<scribe> ACTION: CV respond to Gregg, congratulate on speed of WCAG WG, and ask if a diff version is expected for next week too [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2008/02/26-tsdtf-minutes.html#action02]

Directory Structure

<Christophe> In archive: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-ert-tsdtf/2008Feb/0017.html

SAZ: seem to recall discussion that "resources" directory was not useful, but no decision seems to be recorded
... since most of the current tests now use the "resources", it may be more practical to just continue using it
... not ideal solution but will be difficult to change all those tests

CV: there is a /video directory and a /resources/video directory

SAZ: so only a few tests use the /video directory (without "resources")

CS: actually no more, they have all been ported by now

RESOLUTION: use testfiles/resources/{technology} directory structure as opposed to testfiles/{technology}

<Christophe> We only need to change the test sample that uses testfiles/resources/video/sc1.2.2_l1_001.wav

<scribe> ACTION: SAZ to update using TCDL document accordingly [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2008/02/26-tsdtf-minutes.html#action03]

<scribe> ACTION: CV to check the test samples that are associated with the 14 files currently in the /testfiles/video directory [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2008/02/26-tsdtf-minutes.html#action04]

<scribe> ACTION: everyone to check that no publicly archived e-mail, test sample, or web page (that they can easily check) points to /testfiles/video/* [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2008/02/26-tsdtf-minutes.html#action05]
