<trackbot-ng> Date: 15 November 2007

<srowen> (Sean notes he must leave early -- can only stay about 30 minutes)

<DKA> headset malfunction now Zakim is acting up

<DKA> zakim ??p13 is DKA

<scribe> scribe: Jo

Members rejoining the group

dka: what do we need to do Mike?

mike: not sure

<MikeSmith> [I'm checking now to see which BPWG members have not rejoined yet]

Actions from F2F

dka: poll on mobileOK Full

jo: Kai sent some suggested questions

dka: weren't we going to do a workshop?

jo: no that was a question on the poll I think

dka: notes he is jumping around and that there is an action on him to organise a call
... on mobileOK coordination

Accessibility doc

alan: sent an update to the list

<scribe> ... new version includes WCAG 2.0 and EOWG has set up a page in the EO space to track issues

UNKNOWN_SPEAKER: with requirements and issues and a change log
... need to schedule some time to discuss, people should review and send comments

dka: don't think we can review today as we havent had time to review but do you have anything to raise, alan

alan: no

dka: in section 4 need to discuss whether this should be done by adding Does it give me WCAG compliance etc.

alan: yes I did that

<achuter> http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/Accessibility/drafts/ED-mwbp-wcag-20071115#how_mwbp_wcag

dka: Shawn seemed to be asking that we should list WCAG 2.0 first

alan: the first section does it give you wcag compliance, under each BP I put WCAG 1.0 first but that can easily be changed

dka: yes we should make EOWG happy by doing that

<achuter> http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/Accessibility/drafts/ED-mwbp-wcag-20071115#how_wcag_mwbp

alan: bzz, bzz, there are two subsections one dealing with 2.0 checkpoints then 1.0 checkpoints, which means there is a lot of redundant info
... but I can't see how to do otherwise

Miguel?: something - hadn't had time to review

DKA: can you publish a new draft by cob on Tuesday?

Alan: OK

ACTION-595 and ACTION-596 Encourage group to re-register

jo: there were 40 reminders which went out on the 5th Nov

mike: could be that Dom sent the reminders

<Zakim> MikeSmith, you wanted to say that I've not been able to determine if there is a way to tell who has not yet re-joined

seanp: we got remidners on the 10th

<SeanP> Discrepencies URL from Dom's email: http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/37584/discrepancies

sro: not much to say except it is still wonderful

dka: any feedback from your presentation on Tuesday?

sro: dunno, I couldn't stay till the end
... Steve Bratt had comments

Rejoining the group (again)

mike: to point to http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/37584/discrepancies

jo: some of these look like people who joined at the end of the old charter
... anyway we need to do some high touch stuff with them to see whether there is a problem

[discussion about who needs chasing]

<Zakim> MikeSmith, you wanted to point out http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/37584/discrepancies

dka: action me to send a note to people who didn't renew and then we need to chase people who have recently joined but don't seem to be attending meetings

<scribe> ACTION: Dan to send email chasing to people to renew [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/11/15-bpwg-minutes.html#action03]

<trackbot-ng> Created ACTION-601 - Send email chasing to people to renew [on Daniel Appelquist - due 2007-11-22].

[further discussion about what to do]

[Jo points out that no point in joining just to follow discussions on the list]

AOB

dka: any other issues?

[silence]

+1
