Workshop Logistics

Please, schedule to arrive 15 minutes early in order to properly register on site (you will be asked to show an ID) and be accompanied to the meeting room. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will not be asked to access the meeting room but workshop participants will not be allowed to wonder freely outside the meeting area. We will start the meeting on time on both days.
Registration is required to access the meeting rooms, so don't forget to register!
We will use two locations for the workshop, San Jose and Brussels (Diegem to be exact). Both locations will be linked with a telepresence system and we encourage participants to attend the workshop at the two locations. The workshop itself will be on Pacific Standard time…
