DaveO: requests editors to check in guidelines related changes ASAP

editors will try and get the guidelines related actions done by Monday

editors should lock down the guidelines draft to let Maryann to take a crack at putting together a proposal for the WG

everyone agrees

<dorchard> guidelines doc locked for Maryann on monday

<dorchard> Maryann releases lock on friday after doing all her changes.

<dorchard> Maryann will do proposals based on frozen document

<toufic> makes perfect sense

<dorchard> then after wednesday the changes accepted by the wg get applied by Maryann

talking about XSLT changes and may be a table assembled mechanically

<toufic> could someone please summarize?

<prasad> I think we are all saying the same thing

<dorchard> my cell phone is dying..

<dorchard> argh!

Monday - all editors check in guidelines doc related changes

Tuesday - Maryann to use the latest as the base draft for proposing any changes to the WG

WG will then consider the proposal

<dorchard> Wed/Thu/Friday maryann checks in proposals agreed to by WG

later, Dave O will propose additional changes

[this does not involve any locking down]

<dorchard> Further, nobody other than Maryann makes changes to the doc from Tuesday to Friday

okay

everyone nods

<prasad> If changes to guidelines are not completed by Friday, don't touch the doc until Maryann is done
